We are hiring immediately for a full-time salaried Lead Restaurant Operations Manager! Job Summary: The Lead Restaurant Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and directing all front-of-house functions in alignment with P.F. Chang's standards and under the guidance of the Operating Partner. This key position is responsible for leading the hospitality management team. Job Responsibilities: Supervises and trains all Hospitality Team Members to ensure exemplary service. Communicates effectively with Team Members, management, and Guests. Creates and manages staff schedules to optimize team performance. Conducts pre-shift meetings to align staff with daily goals and focus. Enforces dress code standards to maintain professional appearance. Ensures compliance with all state safety and sanitation guidelines. Assists in managing and executing inventory processes. Controls expenses within their area of responsibility. Assigns and oversees completion of all side work by staff. Manages cash register check-outs for all Hospitality team members. Maintains a clean and safe working environment for all Team Members and Guests. Addresses Guest Service issues professionally and empathetically. Embodies and inspires others to live P.F. Chang's core values. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8 to 10 hours) during shifts. Must be able to lift and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly; occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Operates kitchen equipment including a wok, mixer, slicer, and other equipment responsibly. Job Requirements: 3+ years of experience in restaurant management. Valid driver's license to fulfill occasional responsibilities (e.g., catering orders, supply runs). Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ability to mentor and train hourly team members to enhance performance. Strong communication skills with a talent for resolving conflicts and guiding teams. Preferences: Experience in a casual restaurant or upscale dining setting. Background in corporate restaurant chains familiar with structured processes.
