Req.#842246100 Responsibilities Lead and unify efforts across diverse data and AI disciplines, aligning with strategic business objectives. Act as a liaison between business and technology, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions on modern data platforms. Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic investments and foster innovation in the Data & Analytics landscape. Design and implement cloud-native architectures utilizing Databricks, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog to establish efficient Lakehouse architectures. Guide cross-functional advisory and delivery teams, providing actionable insights and real business value. Develop and champion technological assets like blueprints, reference architectures, and accelerators focused on data modernization. Offer technical direction while integrating AI/ML capabilities within data ecosystems, supporting proposals, and effectively communicating technical solutions. Requirements Significant experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows, MLflow) and modern data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). In-depth understanding of enterprise data architecture, including data lakes, lakehouses, data mesh, and streaming architectures. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and convey technical strategies in business-friendly language. Engaging storyteller and communicator with a consultative approach, able to lead without formal authority. This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City. The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $228,000, based on individual qualifications including geographic location, experience, credentials, education, and the overall demand for the role.
