The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (a Master’s degree is preferred) and have at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, particularly within the healthcare sector. Your expertise in HR leadership and strategic planning will be vital as you support our mission and values, cultivate a positive workplace culture, and enhance employee engagement and development. As the Interim Director of Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in: Overseeing HR operations and ensuring the execution of best practices. Applying your deep understanding of HR policies and regulations specific to healthcare. Managing a dedicated team while resolving complex HR issues. Communicating effectively with all organizational levels. Your leadership will align the HR function with our overall business strategy, contributing to the success of our healthcare organization. SHRM certification is preferred but not required. Travel is less than 10%.
