In this role, you will oversee all fundraising activities with a focus on supporting grassroots climate leaders and bridging their funding needs with critical resources. We need a proactive and innovative leader who can generate new fundraising partnerships, especially aligned with our commitment to Solidarity Philanthropy. You will collaborate closely with the President and CEO to secure significant resources, expand our network of fundraising partnerships, and pioneer creative revenue generation strategies. A key responsibility will be to establish a sustainable financial base for our organization through impactful philanthropic investments and diverse revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of fundraising experience, ideally within early-stage organizations. You should have a solid track record in major gifts and be skilled in both traditional fundraising methods and new, innovative approaches. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a profound commitment to our mission. Candidates should also demonstrate financial acumen, strategic planning capabilities, and familiarity with modern data management practices.
