As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to elevate our organization's visibility and impact. This is a critical role where you will manage a dedicated team, oversee all fundraising initiatives, strategic communications, donor stewardship, and advancement operations with a goal of raising $2-3 million annually.
