What You'll Be Crushing Daily: Install residential split systems like a pro Tackle commercial split systems & package units with confidence Expertly install ductwork - both fiberboard and flex Run clean and efficient drain lines and copper line sets Braze copper piping with precision Wire and fire up systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly Collaborate in a team-first environment Work full-time and handle a flexible schedule Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level) Schedule Options: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts Monday to Friday Overtime available Weekend work as needed What We're Looking For: 5+ years HVAC experience (preferred, but skills speak louder than time) High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Valid Driver's License (required) Reliable, professional, and ready to grow with a winning team Location: On-site, in person
