In this role, you will lead with enthusiasm, support your team, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. You will manage inventory, oversee financial accountability, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that prioritizes safe and timely food delivery for our customers. Furthermore, you'll be pivotal in fostering a safe environment for both employees and patrons. Job Requirements and Essential Functions: Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory. Basic computer skills required. Reliable transportation is necessary. Basic math, accounting proficiency, and strong decision-making skills. Ability to motivate and supervise team members while working alongside them. Physical requirements include sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining cleanliness in and around the restaurant. Able to engage in standing, walking, and other physical activities for up to 80% of the shift.
