Senior HR Partner Apogee Architectural Metals is seeking a Senior HR Partner who will shape site and cross-site people strategies. The role involves leading high-risk investigations, org design, talent movement, and labor relations strategy. The successful candidate will own portfolio-level initiatives with measurable business impact. Key responsibilities include coaching/advisory roles, employee relations & investigations, workforce planning, talent, succession, and retention, COE partnership & deployment, cross-site projects, people analytics decisions, stakeholder communication, culture & employee engagement, and accommodation support. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's in HR, Business, or related field, and 8 to 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a large, complex manufacturing environment. Core capabilities include strategic partnership & business acumen, org design & change, talent systems, employee relations & investigations, compensation & offers, data & analytics, compliance & risk, culture & engagement, program/project management, interpersonal & leadership skills, executive presence & influence, coach & builder, communication, judgment & discretion, and flexibility.
