CDL Class B Driver Trainee

Safety-Kleen is looking for a motivated Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee. In this role, you will train to operate a Class B box truck, providing essential onsite service for parts washer machines, managing containerized hazardous waste pickups, and promoting our products and services along your route. Comprehensive company-paid training and tuition reimbursement. Responsibilities: Safety first: comply with all safe work practices, policies, and procedures. Complete scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups punctually. Switch out 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer locations. Accurately complete all required documentation and labeling. Generate and collect customer leads for new products and services. Sell additional products and services to existing accounts. Adhere to all compliance regulations and rules at local, state, and federal levels. Operate vehicles safely in compliance with U.S. DOT and other regulations. Follow corporate operating guidelines and safety procedures. Perform other assigned duties as needed. Qualifications: Must obtain a CDL B within 180 days of employment (company-funded). Must obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 30 days of obtaining CDL B. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively. Basic computer and math skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Physical fitness to meet job requirements. Successful background check, drug test, and physical examination. Preferred Qualifications: Strong customer service experience. Previous commercial route driving experience (Class C or non-CDL).
