Location Detail: 1559 Sullivan Ave S Windsor (10101) Shift Detail: Mon-Fri with a required 10:30am-7pm shift every Wednesday. All other days the hours will be 9-5:30. Job Summary: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver high-quality, cost-effective direct care to patients and their families within your unit or service area. Your role includes: Collaborating with healthcare team members to help patients achieve their care goals. Participating in direct patient care by obtaining, documenting, and reporting patient data as per the established care plan. Performing therapeutic measures under the supervision of an RN or MD to support positive patient outcomes. Qualifications: Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license is required. Medical/Surgical office experience is preferred. Relevant specialization and/or specific work experience may be required.
