Your New Role This position is based in Sioux Falls, SD, and is office-based first, with remote flexibility available only after tenure and trust are established. You'll: Review plans and specs to build precise, competitive estimates for site development, road construction, excavation, and utility projects Lead the entire bid process, coordinate pricing from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors Produce clear, accurate bids for both hard bid and negotiated projects Mentor junior estimators and guide team success Collaborate with project managers and field ops to align estimating with execution Conduct site visits and provide insight during planning and project delivery Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.
