Job Description Lead project execution, contract administration, planning, and resource management Take ownership of project performance: safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client satisfaction Manage all phases of the project life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout Direct and mentor project teams, ensuring accountability and professional growth Develop and maintain strong client relationships with functional leads and stakeholders Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for schedule, budget, and project status Identify, assess, and mitigate construction risks Manage project changes and communicate updates to appropriate stakeholders Prepare clear, concise project reports to meet client requirements Analyze issues and provide solutions to improve project outcomes MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 7+ years of project management experience in utility, construction, engineering, or similar fields Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams Experience acting as a client or firm liaison Strong multitasking and prioritization skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment Preferred Qualifications: BS in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field Engineering design experience PMP certification Construction or field experience What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate between $70 and $90.
