The Customer Experience Associate is essential in assisting our customers while ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, managing the register, merchandising, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store. Operates the register accurately and efficiently. Stay informed about promotions and advertisements to assist customers effectively. Keep the front end work area neat and organized. Assist with product receiving, pricing, merchandising, and store recovery. Communicate customer needs to Team Leaders when necessary. Ensure cleanliness throughout the store. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly. Effective communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within deadlines. Outstanding interpersonal and listening abilities. Must have a positive attitude and interact effectively with customers and team members. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
