This is a hands-on leadership role guiding a production team to meet safety, quality, and production goals in a positive and team-focused environment. Typical Schedule: 3 to 4 nights a week, 7pm to 7am (12hr shifts). Training on 1st shift may be required (TBD). Pay rate: $28.00 - $32.00/hr DOE Once trained, Team Leads earn $33-35 an hour. This position will include the $2.00 shift diff on the base pay rate.
