The CFO will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all financial operations including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, treasury management, and capital financing activities. This vital role requires an experienced healthcare finance executive with strong operational acumen, extensive knowledge of regulatory and bond compliance, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and the Board of Trustees. The CFO will engage directly with bondholders, manage debt issuances, and play a crucial role in enhancing financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting long-term growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration; CPA or CMA certification required Master's degree preferred At least 10 years of experience in a senior finance role within the healthcare or insurance industry Strong background in Epic systems and bondholder experience Experience with FEMA reimbursement and compliance Multi-facility management or experience in a larger tertiary acute care center is necessary The ideal candidate will possess advanced computer skills, previous management experience, and excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively engage with senior management, the Board of Directors, and staff.
