The Unit Manager responsibilities include: Oversight of the clinical care of all residents Ensuring continued adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations Management and oversight of all nursing staff Providing planning, organization, education, supervision, and evaluation of all services provided in the facility Ensuring that all department staff is properly trained to perform their required duties Requirements Unit Manager Qualifications: 3-5 years of Director of Nursing experience preferred Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
