This role is essential for the timely and accurate processing of routine procurement tasks and supports compliance with procurement policies, thereby contributing to the effectiveness of the source-to-pay cycle. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently process all purchase requisitions and orders in line with company procurement policies. Support low-risk sourcing by developing and executing RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, negotiating prices, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Assist in drafting and managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and maintaining supplier performance reports. Manage procurement-related tickets and requests, ensuring optimal workflow and administrative support. Ensure strict adherence to procurement standards and collaborate with category buyers and managers for timely project execution. Must-Have Skills: Strong organizational and attention to detail skills. Basic understanding of procurement processes and contract negotiation. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP/Procurement systems. Industry Experience: 1-2 years in supply chain, procurement, or related fields preferred. Familiarity with procurement processes and systems is advantageous.
