Responsibilities: • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement • Interact face-to-face with homeowners • Educate customers on solar benefits, government incentives, and savings programs • Collect basic information from homeowners to help schedule consultations • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during in-person interactions • Attend team meetings, trainings, and performance coaching sessions • Represent Semper SolR’s values with integrity, clarity, and confidence Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Strong people skills; comfortable speaking with homeowners in person • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated • Energetic and professional presentation • Ability to work outdoors and walk designated routes Compensation: $800 - $1,500 per week• Interact face-to-face with homeowners • Educate customers on solar benefits, government incentives, and savings programs • Collect basic information from homeowners to help schedule consultations • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during in-person interactions • Attend team meetings, trainings, and performance coaching sessions • Represent Semper SolR’s values with integrity, clarity, and confidence
