Flagger

Flaggers needed for a busy construction company NE of Ludington, MI. This is a physical job! Employees are required to stand for 10 hours a day holding signs, moving construction signs as needed in all weather conditions. 7am - 5 pm M - Sat $17 - $19 based on experience and certifications Responsibilities of the Flaggers: Flagging traffic to ensure safety of the public/effectively manage traffic Position temporary work zone equipment, warning signs, traffic cones Moving large signs and sign stands regularly Operate slow/stop paddle while using radio for communication Perform other work zone general duties as instructed Qualifications for the Flagger positions: Must have a valid drivers license for the past 3 years and able to pass MVR Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ethical Conduct Work efficiently and safely Organizational Skills Personal Effectiveness/Credibility Must be alert and aware of surroundings at all times Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position Our Commitment to Fair Hiring: HireQuest does not discriminate on the basis of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or other legally protected group status in making hiring or employment decisions.
