In this dynamic role, you will lead sourcing projects, form strategic partnerships, and drive sourcing strategies in alignment with our organization's long-term goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic sourcing or procurement, particularly within indirect services, and exhibit a deep understanding of market trends. Key Responsibilities: Lead sourcing activities across various indirect spend categories, ensuring effective supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fully understand business requirements and align sourcing activities with organizational objectives.Identify and implement cost-saving measures, enhance supplier performance, and promote process efficiencies.Oversee supplier onboarding processes while managing compliance and risk mitigation efforts.Maintain and optimize procurement data integrity within our systems, supporting analytics and strategic decision-making. Must-Have Skills: Strong analytical and negotiation skills.Proficiency in major procurement tools and platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle).Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities. Preferred Industry Experience: Prior experience in the high-tech or digital-first industry environments is advantageous.A solid understanding of sustainability, diversity, and risk compliance initiatives within procurement contexts.
