Branch Manager - Illinois

We have an immediate opening for a Branch Manager to lead the staff and ensure the branch operates smoothly each day. In this role, you will work closely with the branch management team to develop and implement plans that drive performance, ensure staff are properly trained and supported, and deliver efficient, friendly, and accurate service to our members. You will also be responsible for maintaining a professional, well-organized branch environment that is properly supplied and balanced daily. Key Responsibilities Work with the management team to create and carry out plans that support the branch's annual performance goals. Make sure employees are trained, confident, and equipped to serve members effectively. Keep daily operations running smoothly by ensuring the branch is stocked, balanced, and presenting a professional appearance. Provide a positive, member-focused environment where service and teamwork are top priorities. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, flexible, and comfortable making decisions. You should be highly motivated, enjoy working with a team, and have strong leadership and communication skills. A solid understanding of credit union policies and procedures is important, as is the ability to guide and support staff in a positive and effective way. The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday 8:15 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday 8:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with a day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.
