Logistics Coordinator

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Location: Wayne, PA (Onsite) Pay Rate: $27-$28 per hour Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support supply chain and transportation operations in Wayne, PA. This contract-to-hire role will focus on coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, and maintaining accurate logistics data. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in Excel, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, vendors, and internal teams Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or issues Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics data Utilize Excel to track shipments, update reports, and manage logistics data Communicate with vendors, warehouses, and transportation providers regarding shipment status Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating transportation logistics Prepare shipping documentation and reports as needed Support process improvements and assist with additional supply chain projects Qualifications 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or a related role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, formulas, spreadsheets) Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines High attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience working with shipping systems, ERP systems, or logistics software Experience coordinating with carriers or freight providers Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
