What You'll Do: Lead by example to ensure exceptional guest service Maintain smooth operations including food prep, inventory management, and cash handling Train and motivate crew members to achieve their best Uphold cleanliness and safety standards to provide a welcoming atmosphere Step in for the manager when necessary, making important decisions Your Qualities: Experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a bonus!) Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Flexibility to work various hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays A passion for great coffee and customer satisfaction Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S. Fluency in English Note: Many Dunkin' restaurants are independently owned and operated by franchisees.
