Contract Requirements Include: 1+ years of field claims experience, particularly with auto claims. Experience with electronic estimating using one or more platforms: Mitchell, CCC, Audatex. Strong customer service skills and conflict resolution experience. Ability to work independently and self-motivate. Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and adaptability. Ability to communicate effectively with clients to complete inspections/appraisals within required timeframes. Access to a smartphone or device for quality photos and data transmission. What We Are Looking For: Effective handling of all assignments ensuring prompt resolutions. Knowledge of local industry repair procedures and market pricing. Understanding of Department of Insurance and state regulations. Capability to submit detailed inspections and reports summarizing damages. Ability to identify potential and questionable damages and relay findings effectively. Skilled in planning efficient daily routes using our Optimizer Automation tool. Knack for inspecting all vehicle aspects thoroughly, including exterior and interior. Capability to establish repair requirements and conduct cost evaluations. Deliver exemplary customer service to all clients and stakeholders. Meet performance metrics in a fast-paced environment. Communicate technical decisions clearly, both verbally and in writing. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and safe driving record. Professional appearance and conduct while serving the public. Education/Licensure: State licensing (if required). Appraiser's license (if applicable). Adjuster's license (if applicable). I-CAR Certification preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Why Choose Alacrity? Availability for catastrophic loss events and willingness to work irregular hours, including potential overnight travel.
