The Opportunity Joining our Cybersecurity team means leading cybersecurity incident management to ensure the resilience and protection of our systems. As a Senior Manager, you will spearhead large projects and innovate processes focused on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. Your expertise in business continuity and disaster recovery standards, combined with your ability to tackle complex client challenges, will drive success and cultivate top-performing teams. Responsibilities Lead and manage the response to cybersecurity incidents. Ensure system protection and resilience through strategic planning. Guide transformative large-scale projects with an emphasis on process innovation. Utilize expertise in business continuity and disaster recovery to meet client needs effectively. Drive success by developing and mentoring high-performing teams. Maintain excellence while tackling intricate challenges. Use strategic advising to strengthen client relationships. Promote an environment of continuous learning and improvement. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 7 years of experience. What Sets You Apart Master's Degree is preferred. Demonstrated experience leading Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery standards. Proficient in conducting Business Impact Assessments and formulating actionable plans. Knowledge of Disaster Recovery processes and execution. Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles. Experience with business continuity/resilience technology platforms. Adept at summarizing data into clear reports and presentations. Skilled in problem-solving in unstructured environments. Expertise in managing multiple initiatives and balancing workloads. The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in addition to applicable employment laws. All individuals hired are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
