Job Summary and Qualifications As a Radiology Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing patient illnesses by operating radiologic equipment to produce high-quality radiographs. Responsibilities include: Preparing patients for radiological procedures through proper positioning and imaging techniques. Maintaining high standards for the production and quality of radiographs. Documenting patient care services accurately in departmental records. Reviewing each exam for technical accuracy and identifying anatomical orientation. Assisting the radiologist in administering medications and contrast agents. Participating in the emergency call rotation to support departmental operations. Qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment. ARRT-R Radiography certification must be obtained within 1 year of employment. Graduation from a Vocational School. No travel required, and no prior experience necessary.
