Job Full Description Full Charge Bookkeeper / Administrative SupportJob Duties Our Full Charge Bookkeeper is responsible for managing the company's day-to-day accounting functions while also supporting general administrative operations. Accounting & Bookkeeping Responsibilities Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of all financial records Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Prepare and post journal entries Generate monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.) Assist with month-end and year-end close Process or coordinate payroll and related reporting Ensure compliance with tax filings and reporting requirements Work with external accountants, CPAs, or tax preparers Maintain accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) Administrative & Office Support Duties Answer phones and manage general email correspondence Handle vendor communications and basic customer inquiries Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and expense tracking Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed Order office supplies and coordinate basic office needs Assist ownership/management with administrative projects and reporting Littleton, CO 1432 1709 West Littleton Boulevard Littleton, CO 80120
