Freight operates through dedicated customer agreements with a strong drop-and-hook percentage and scheduled live unload appointments. Drivers move through consistent multi-state lanes designed to support regular dispatch cycles and predictable weekly scheduling. Freight Operations This fleet services contract-based freight with steady lane distribution throughout the week. Loads are sequenced to maintain continuous movement rather than irregular assignments. The no-touch model allows drivers to focus on safe operation and on-time performance without cargo handling responsibilities. Compensation Weekly pay is $1,600 to $1,900. Drivers are compensated for dispatched miles in accordance with company guidelines. Company-paid orientation is provided upon successful onboarding. Drivers transition directly into established freight lanes following orientation.
