We're part of the esteemed Mahindra group, headquartered in In Job Title: Guidewire DataHub Location: Client USA Greenville Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with extensive experience in the Property and Casualty (P C) Commercial Lines domain, specifically with a strong focus on Guidewire DataHub InfoCenter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that enhance our insurance operations. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Guidewire DataHub InfoCenter. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to P C insurance and Guidewire. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in P C Commercial Lines, specifically with Guidewire Policy Center. Proficient in Java and related technologies. Experience with Guidewire development tools and frameworks. Solid understanding of insurance business processes and workflows. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with SQL Server. SSIS, SSRS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SAP BODS Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies. Experience with database management systems and SQL. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on P C insurance solutions. Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast paced environment. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
