We are looking for dedicated and talented LVNs to join our collaborative team of caregivers, nursing leaders, and administrative staff in our Skilled Nursing Facility. What You'll Be Doing You will provide person-centered, individualized, and clinically competent care with support from the management team to all residents, temporary and permanent, assuring that services are appropriate to meet residents' needs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. About You Active California LVN license. Experience as a Nurse in a SNF/Sub-Acute Rehab setting preferred but not required.
