The client has a leadership team that has already seen the ROI of automation and wants to scale it You will work with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance, supporting a business ready to mature from workflows to standardized enterprise process LOCATION Remote-friendly (Charlotte Metro (EST)), must support virtual training and working sessions WHAT THEY OFFER YOU 3-4 month engagement, flexible hours based on scope High visibility, enterprise-wide impact Opportunity to shape SOPs, governance, and reporting architecture Ability to train internal power users and establish sustainable adoption Paid through AccruePartners Project Solutions WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT Power Automate is live but under-leveraged Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central integration needs refinement and optimization No internal SME currently owns automation governance SOPs must be created before knowledge disappears again Consultant will build the blueprint, then transfer knowledge to the permanent analyst THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS Demonstrated Power Automate build experience, not just user-level familiarity Experience activating modules and enhancing D365 CRM workflows Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central and ERP integrations Proven ability to train business users and create clear SOP documentation Comfortable operating independently in a mid-market manufacturing environment #LI-HF1
