What You'll Do: Lead Projects from Start to Finish: Manage multiple projects through all phases-from concept to construction-with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines. Design Excellence: Review and contribute to construction documents, drawings, and proposals to ensure technical accuracy and consistency. Field Coordination: Conduct site inspections and data collection to support design integrity and project success. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships through design meetings, collaboration, and peer reviews. Financial Oversight: Track milestones, prepare projections, and support billing processes. Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and foster team development. Business Development: Partner with marketing teams on RFQs, interviews, and presentations.
