GBaMS ReqID: 10559403 Job Description: • 15+ years in enterprise reporting, data architecture, or BI leadership roles. • 7+ years hands on experience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BIP, FAW). • Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials, Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain, HCM). • Proven experience defining enterprise reporting strategy during ERP transformations. • Strong technical background in SQL, data modeling, performance tuning, and cloud analytics. • Experience integrating Fusion with EDW (ADW, Snowflake, Synapse, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.). • Ability to communicate complex data/architecture concepts to C Suite and business stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Enterprise Reporting Strategy & Roadmap • Define the enterprise reporting vision, including operational reporting, analytics, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and advanced insights. • Build a 3-year roadmap for transitioning from legacy tools (EBS, JDE, Hyperion, custom SQL, spreadsheets) to Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting capabilities. • Establish reporting principles, architecture standards, and a unified semantic layer across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and integrations. 2. Architecture Ownership Across Oracle Fusion Lead the end to end reporting architecture leveraging Fusion Cloud capabilities: • OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) • BI Publisher (BIP) • Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) • Smart View / EPM Cloud Reporting • ADFdi / Spreadsheet loaders (where relevant) • Oracle Reporting Web Services / REST APIs • Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) or EDW integration • Event based and API based reporting integration patterns Ensure all modules-Financials, Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain, HCM, Payroll, CX-follow a unified reporting model. 3. Data & Integration Strategy • Define the architecture for extracting, transforming, and governing data across Oracle Fusion, legacy systems, EDW, and downstream analytics. • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Integration Architects, and Security to establish: oGolden data sources oData lineage / catalog oData quality rules oRetention & archival oEvent-driven & near real time reporting frameworks 4. Governance, Standards & Data Quality • Own the Enterprise Reporting Governance Board. • Define and enforce: oKPI definitions and authoritative sources oNaming conventions oPerformance standards oReport lifecycle management oChange control and versioning • Establish processes ensuring reports are consistent, accurate, secure, and audit-ready. 5. Leadership Across Workstreams • Guide functional and technical teams (Finance, HR, SCM, Projects, Field Ops) on what should be: oOTBI oBIP oFAW oEDW dashboards oor external BI • Lead cross functional design with CFO, CHRO, CIO, Operations, and Regional Business Units. • Serve as the escalation point for reporting conflicts, performance issues, or design bottlenecks. 6. Advanced Analytics Enablement • Partner with Data Science & Analytics teams to build: oPredictive models oForecasting frameworks oAI/ML-driven insights (cost overruns, schedule risk, attrition, procurement optimization, etc.) • Ensure Fusion data is modeled and available for modern analytics. 7. Program Leadership & Transformation • Serve as a key member of the Transformation Leadership Team. • Provide C level updates, dashboards, risk assessments, and program metrics. • Oversee end to end testing strategy for reports (SIT, UAT, Parallel Run). • Own hypercare reporting stabilization and handover to BAU teams.
