We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing digital marketing and brand strategy company led by a high-performance CEO building a powerful personal brand. The company works with entrepreneurs and businesses to scale visibility, authority, and revenue through strategic content, community, and digital positioning. The CEO is actively building a multi-platform presence and needs a dedicated content leader to own and scale the entire content ecosystem. Role Overview This is a full-time, in-office Content Manager role embedded directly with the CEO. This is not a coordination or scheduling role. You will own the content operation end-to-end: strategy, scripting, studio management, filming, editing, publishing, analytics, and growth optimization across all major platforms. You will work side-by-side with the CEO daily, capturing organic moments and producing structured, high-quality content designed to educate, engage, and grow a loyal audience. Platforms You Will Own YouTube (Long-form + Shorts) Instagram (Reels, Stories, Feed) Facebook (Video, Stories, Feed) TikTok LinkedIn SKOOL Community Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Pre-Production Develop weekly and monthly content strategies aligned with brand and growth goals Research trends, hooks, and platform-specific formats Write scripts, outlines, and structured talking points Build and manage a detailed content calendar Plan shoots (location, setup, props, scheduling) Production Set up and manage the in-office content studio (lighting, camera, audio, backdrop) Film high-quality scripted and organic content Capture behind-the-scenes and real-time moments Operate professional camera equipment (DSLR/mirrorless, gimbals, lapel mics, tripods, etc.) Post-Production Edit all video content optimized per platform Add captions, graphics, transitions, sound design, and branded elements Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short-form clips Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity Social Media Management & Growth Post and schedule content across all platforms Monitor engagement and manage community interactions Track analytics and deliver weekly performance reports Optimize strategy based on performance data Own measurable growth targets across all channels Requirements Proven experience shooting and editing professional video content (portfolio required) Experience managing and growing multi-platform social accounts Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or equivalent software Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement strategy Independent content ideation and scripting ability Experience setting up and managing a content studio Strong organizational and execution skills Must be located in the Tampa, FL area and available full-time in-office Applications without relevant portfolio examples will not be reviewed. Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly with founders, executives, or personal brands Track record of growing social accounts organically from early stage YouTube channel management experience Familiarity with SKOOL or community-based platforms Motion graphics or animation skills
