Collaborate with the MES architect to ensure seamless integration with hardware and software systems, supporting enterprise-wide goals. Provide invaluable support to manufacturing, R&D, and quality systems. Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or related field. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET technologies. 2+ years interfacing with manufacturing control systems, automation systems, PLCs, or OPC data transfer. Core Skills & Competencies: Proficient in multi-tiered architecture using C#, XAML, ASP.NET, JavaScript. Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and large volume data processing. Experience with Test Driven Development and Agile methodologies. Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities. Ability to support software systems in a global manufacturing context. Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, YAML, and Pipelines. Experience with Service Fabric, SSIS, Angular, and AngularJS. Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLCs and RSLinx software. Knowledge of Windows mobile applications and Industry 4.0. Key Responsibilities: Design and enhance software systems for manufacturing in an agile setting. Actively contribute to solution design and analysis. Integrate shop floor systems with custom and off-the-shelf solutions. Provide system support and meet KPIs, including after-hours support. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures. Document technical issues and solutions. Adhere to SDLC, agile methodologies, and compliance standards. Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor team members and take ownership of tasks. Collaborate with global teams to develop software solutions. Break down problems and explore innovative solutions.
