For more information, visit: Summary InterDigital is currently seeking a proactive, people-centered Talent Management Specialist to join our Human Resource team based out of our Conshohocken, Pa office. This person will be viewed as a trusted, front-line partner of Talent Management for the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, seeks opportunities to improve how we work, and knows how to keep things simple while delivering high-impact programs. You'll support and lead key Talent Management programs across performance management, talent processes, learning, inclusion, and engagement. You will partner closely with the Senior Manager of Talent Management, HR, leaders, and employees to ensure our programs drive real impact. Job Responsibilities: Performance Management & Talent Programs Facilitate and support performance management programs including goal setting, mid-year, and year-end cycles Deliver live and virtual performance management training sessions for leaders and employees Support talent review processes including assessing potential, succession planning, talent cards, and development planning Help maintain annual performance and talent timelines. Learning & Development Support and help lead the learning strategy, including curriculum design and session facilitation Facilitate learning sessions and leader cohorts in partnership with Sr Manager of Talent Management Track and report on learning participation, trends, and effectiveness. Culture, Inclusion & Engagement Support inclusion initiatives that promote innovation, belonging, and engagement Partner on inclusion events, awareness programs, and culture storytelling initiatives Support employee engagement and survey initiatives, including data analysis and insights Data Analytics and Reporting Own the cadence, accuracy, and distribution of Talent Management reporting, ensuring consistent metrics and data integrity across programs. Analyzing data and drawing key insights to tell a story and providing leadership summaries and recommendations. Systems & Process Improvement Support Talent Management systems and tools (surveys, assessments, learning platforms) Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the employee experience Partner with cross-functional HR teams to ensure programs are aligned and scalable Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management, HR, or Learning & Development Comfortable facilitating trainings and engaging with leaders Strong problem-solver who takes initiative and seeks solutions independently Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple programs at once Passion for inclusion, learning, and creating meaningful employee experiences Location: Conshohocken, PA - This position requires on-site presence at the Conshohocken, PA office three days per week.
