Moulder Operator - Weinig P Series  (High Precision | Relocation Considered) Location: TBM Hardwoods, Hanover, PA  Are you an experienced Weinig moulder operator who can independently set up and fine tune machines for precision custom millwork?  TBM Hardwoods is seeking a Moulder Specialist with strong hands-on experience operating and setting up Weinig P Series moulders. We value precision, accountability, and teamwork in every part of our operation.  What You Will Do  Set up and operate Weinig P Series moulders  Install, align, and adjust tooling for custom millwork profiles  Read and interpret detailed profile drawings and specifications  Fine tune machine settings to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface quality  Inspect finished materials to ensure consistency and precision  Perform troubleshooting and routine maintenance  Coordinate with tooling and production teams to maintain workflow efficiency  Requirements What You Bring  Proven experience operating Weinig P Series moulders or similar, required  Strong independent setup experience, including tooling and cutter head adjustments  Ability to read and interpret profile drawings  Mechanical aptitude and problem solving capability  Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship  Ability to work independently while supporting team production goals  Schedule  Full time  Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm  Overtime available  Benefits Compensation and Benefits  Hourly Pay: $30-$40 per hour, based on depth of expertise and machine experience  Relocation discussion available for the right candidate  Overtime opportunities  Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision Insurance  Company matched 401(k) and profit sharing  Paid holidays and vacation  Mid year and end of year bonuses  If you are looking for a stable, long term opportunity where your millwork expertise is valued and respected, we would like to connect.  TBM Hardwoods is an equal opportunity employer.
