We have an immediate opening for an On-Call Home Health Aide, who can provide companion support and caring assistance for our community's most vulnerable. On-Call HHA provides services at any location where services are provided. QualificationsAny refusal in the EOOA (every occasion On-Call Aide) will be removed from the On-Call status. If the EOOA refuses services 3 times, the aide will be removed from the On-Call HHA On-Call program. EOOA must meet qualifications to work in Ohio and understand while on-call they may be sent to Any location, where Purpose Care provides services. The On-Call aide must be able to work with pets and smokers. May be sent to ANY location that Purpose Care services. On-Call HHA must be directly contactable by phone, text and be in the area mobile phone and internet connectivity during agreed hours of availability. Must have available start time for call offs beginning @ 8am. Must be able to complete a full workday. Aides must be dressed, have daycare arrangements, and be ready for work in case of a call offs. The aide must answer phone/text for call offs. The aide must operate within the policies and protocols of the company at all times when on-call or called to work. The aide must be able to arrive at a patients home at a reasonable time.
