Quality Assurance Consultant III

Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week ( mandatory per GHR) Glider- Client-QA-IV-V-1 Quality Assurance Testing professional with an ability to support parallel projects in a fast-paced working environment; must be able to work independently. Responsible for development and execution of testing strategies utilizing various software deliverable methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Work with Development and other internal teams to help troubleshoot and resolve issues, identify risks, and ensure defects are resolved; Ensures adherence to defined testing quality standards. Primary Skill: Core Java Secondary Skill: Agile tools (Jira) Required Qualifications " 5+ years experience Java, Lean Agile Certification " Desired Qualifications Pervious financial experience Intake info: Top 3 Skills: 1. Automation testing 2. Selenium 3. Core Java Preferred skills/experience: 1.Agile / Jira experience 2. CI/CD pipeline familiarity 3. Experience testing in financial or regulated environments Deal-breaker items: • No Java/Selenium hands on experience • No automation background • Inability to work onsite in Charlotte as required Overview of the work being done: • Develop and execute automation test strategies • Collaborate with development and QA teams • Support multiple parallel projects • Ensure adherence to QA standards and defect resolution workflows
