JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Japanese & English Bilingual Project Manager - Sponsored Repo Enablement Pay Rate: $78/hr W2 Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Position Overview Seeking a Japanese and English bilingual Project Manager to support AD's Sponsored Repo enablement initiative. This role will provide structured project delivery governance for process and system changes required to achieve compliance with SEC regulatory requirements effective December 31, 2026, and to enable Sponsored Repo activities aligned with the SEC compliance timeline. Phase 1 and Phase 2 will run in parallel where applicable, each with independently defined scope, deliverables, and timelines. The consultant will oversee governance across multiple entities and systems to ensure timely regulatory compliance and successful production go-live. Key Responsibilities 1. Basic Design & Development Management - Client Systems & OBS Integration Drive and govern requirements consolidation for Basic Design, ensuring full traceability to SEC regulatory requirements and internal business/control frameworks Coordinate, document, and manage approval of cross-entity design decisions (Client and OBS) Govern development execution against the baselined project plan Coordinate environment readiness, access credentials, and test data Enforce quality gates, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done Deliverables: Approved integration specifications and data mapping documents Governance of integration test script execution and results Project governance and monthly status reporting 2. Testing & Release Management (QA, UAT, Migration, Go-Live) Govern and coordinate QA and UAT planning activities Review and approve test plans and traceable test cases Oversee defect management governance and resolution tracking Plan, coordinate, and manage migration and production release activities Provide governance oversight of production cutover Coordinate post-go-live stabilization activities Deliverables: Approved test plans and traceable test cases Test execution results Go-live readiness and sign-off package Project governance and monthly status reporting Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (required) Strong experience in Project Management within financial services Experience managing regulatory-driven initiatives (SEC knowledge preferred) Strong governance, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills Experience managing QA, UAT, migration, and production releases Ability to manage multiple workstreams across entities and systems
