Role: iCIMS Implementation Consultant / Specialist (Taleo to iCIMS Transition) Location: Remote Duration: 6 month Required Skills: iCIMS Job Description: seeking an experienced iCIMS Implementation Consultant to lead the migration and implementation of the iCIMS Talent Cloud as a replacement for Oracle Taleo. You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and key stakeholders to plan, configure, and deliver a successful transition that enhances recruitment, reporting, and user experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the full implementation lifecycle of iCIMS from requirements gathering through go-live and post-deployment support. Drive replacement of Taleo Recruiting Cloud with iCIMS, including data migration, integrations, testing, and deployment. nalyze current Taleo setup and design iCIMS configuration to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements, workflows, and system design. Configure iCIMS modules including Recruiting, Onboarding, CRM, Workflows, Security/Roles. Manage data mapping, cleansing and migration from Taleo to iCIMS (candidates, jobs, pipeline, history). Develop and execute test plans (unit, system, UAT), coordinate testers, and ensure defect resolution. Create documentation: functional specs, design documents, run books, training guides. Provide training and enablement for HR/Talent Acquisition teams and system administrators. Support integration with third-party systems (e.g., HRIS, background checks, job boards, SSO/LDAP). ct as primary liaison with iCIMS support and external partners/consultants. Ensure alignment with compliance standards (EEO/OFCCP, GDPR, data retention policies). Required Experience 5+ years hands-on experience with iCIMS implementation, including configuration and deployment. Experience leading a Taleo to iCIMS migration or similar ATS replacement project. Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, recruiting workflows, and HR processes. Experience with data migration tools and methods from legacy ATS. Proven success with system testing, UAT coordination, and go-live management. Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
