Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Application Product Specialist to support manufacturing and assembly operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone with basic assembly experience, blueprint reading skills, and a strong team-oriented mindset. The position involves mechanical assembly, production setup, testing, and general shop support while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Job Description Set up new production work areas, including layouts, tooling, and equipment setup Assist with transition processes from production to packing Manufacture, assemble, and test mechanical products according to engineering models, drawings, specifications, and written procedures Interpret blueprints, written work instructions, and test procedures Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives, particularly related to safety and efficiency Perform routine maintenance tasks such as daily cleanup and organization of work areas Lift and move materials up to 44 lbs as required Climb ladders/stairs and work in small or restricted areas when necessary Work off-shift, overtime, or weekends based on production needs Perform other duties as assigned to support operational success S kills Required Basic assembly experience Basic blueprint reading skills Strong work ethic with close attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment with changing responsibilities Basic mathematics skills Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production setting Education Highschool diploma or GED Pay Rate $25 per hour (Compensation will be offered based on experience, skills, and market factors) Additional Requirements Industry certification, trade school training, or degree in a related field Experience in a team-based Lean Manufacturing environment HirePower Personnel, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
