Commercial Asset ManagerOmaha, NETravel required to other offices and propertiesAbout Goldenrod Goldenrod is a growing commercial real estate development, investment, and operating platform with a diverse national portfolio across multifamily, office, industrial, and retail. We're entrepreneurial, collaborative, and focused on long-term value creation. As we continue to scale, we're seeking a Commercial Asset Manager to take ownership of portfolio strategy, performance, and value creation across our assets. This is a senior leadership role with meaningful influence on investment outcomes, operations, and portfolio growth. What You'll DoPortfolio Strategy & Performance Develop and execute the overall asset management strategy across office, industrial, and retail assets Identify value-creation opportunities, market trends, and potential acquisition strategies Drive asset performance to meet or exceed return, NOI, and long-term value targets Operational Oversight Oversee day-to-day asset management activities across the portfolio Partner with property management teams to drive operational efficiencies and improve tenant experience Guide leasing strategy to maximize occupancy and rental performance Oversee capital projects, renovations, and value-add initiatives Financial Management & Reporting Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for all assets Prepare and present quarterly and annual asset management reports Develop and manage annual business plans for each asset Communicate clearly with senior leadership and investors on performance, risks, and opportunities Risk Management & Compliance Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and market risks Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or related fields Experience managing diversified portfolios (multifamily, office, industrial, retail) Strong financial and analytical skills (budgets, forecasts, ROI, performance metrics) Proven leadership experience with internal teams and external partners Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Certifications such as CPM, CCIM, or similar are a plus Why This Role Senior, high-impact role with visibility and influence across the platform Ability to shape portfolio strategy, not just execute it Backed by a well-capitalized, entrepreneurial real estate platform Long-term growth opportunity as Goldenrod continues expanding nationally If you're energized by building, improving, and growing something meaningful - and want to be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial real estate platform - we'd love to start a conversation!
