Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced IBM Maximo Consultant with 7+ years of functional and technical expertise in Maximo implementation, integration, and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in technical support, consultancy services, and data conversion within the Maximo ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and consultancy services for Maximo. Work with all Maximo modules and ensure seamless functionality. Perform Maximo integration with third-party systems. Set up sites and users in Maximo. Develop integration mapping requirements, technical specifications, and use cases. Convert data into Maximo systems efficiently. Implement code changes and enhancements for third-party systems, including Maximo. Conduct testing activities for third-party applications, including Maximo Handheld testing. Resolve customer issues and complaints related to Maximo. Develop, install, and customize IBM Maximo 7.6.1.2, including MIF and Migration Manager. Create workflows within the IBM Maximo application. Lead small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects. Document use cases, requirements, and technical specifications. Provide mentorship to junior team members. Ensure compliance with Six Sigma methodologies (preferred). Must-Have Skills: 7+ years of experience in Maximo Functional and Technical roles. Strong expertise in IBM Maximo 7.X, including development, design, and implementation. Hands-on experience with Maximo integration, data conversion, and workflow creation. Proficiency in IBM Maximo 7.6.1.2, MIF, and Migration Manager. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication, leadership, and team-building abilities. Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Office tools. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Experience in Six Sigma methodologies (added advantage). Proven writing skills for mass communication and documentation.
