Floating policy allows coverage for regular adult floors for nebulizer therapy, BIPAP, CPT, etc. Advanced skills needed include current NICU/PICU experience. Respiratory Therapists provide treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory diseases using advanced technologies and medication delivery. Candidates should be team players, critical thinkers, and focused on patient care. Adaptability to change is essential in a fast-paced environment. A multidisciplinary approach to patient care and collaboration is preferred. Required uniform color is Light Gray, also known as Silver.
