About the Role Regional Facilities Manager The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining a portfolio-wide facilities management program, including developing a preventive maintenance program and an effective training curriculum for maintenance and facilities team members. This position covers a range of strategic responsibilities which together provide a safe and efficient working environment. Position Responsibilities: Facilities Management Program Development: Lead and continuously improve the company’s facilities management program in partnership with the Director of Operations. Support maintenance teams by developing clear processes, tools, and operational standards that enable consistent service delivery across the portfolio. Provide operational guidance and support to maintenance teams to help remove barriers, improve workflows, and ensure maintenance performance standards are achieved Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, systems, and efficiency across the portfolio. Operational Efficiency and Performance: Work directly with the Regional Management team to implement company and ownership goals for each property, including maximizing revenue and controlling expenses. Ensure the turn-key and service operations operate efficiently and effectively. Preventative Maintenance and Property Inspections: Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program. Inspect and audit properties to verify they are following company policies and procedures. Develop standards of excellence for facilities inspection, set-up, maintenance, and repair. Capital Planning, Expenditure Oversight, and Project Management: Lead the planning, oversight, and execution of capital expenditure projects across the Enclave Property Management portfolio. Develop and maintain standards of excellence for capital project planning, approval, documentation, budgeting, and execution. Ensure capital projects follow company approval processes, ownership authorization requirements, and financial controls. Partner with Regional Managers and property teams to identify capital needs, prioritize projects, and develop annual capital plans. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and execution to ensure projects are completed efficiently and aligned with ownership expectations. Maintain organized documentation and reporting for all capital projects, including approvals, scopes, vendor coordination, and financial tracking. Serve as the central operational resource for capital project coordination between property teams, vendors, construction partners, and leadership. Ensure proper oversight of building systems and infrastructure across the portfolio, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, with a focus on long term asset preservation and operational reliability. Identify opportunities to improve capital planning processes, vendor management, and project execution standards across the organization Troubleshooting and Safety: Troubleshoot and take the lead on larger maintenance-related issues. Identify life-safety, employee safety, and physical hazards on-site and provide corrective solutions. Ensure properties are operating in accordance with all federal, state, and local requirements, including but not limited to OSHA, EPA, NFPA, electrical, and building codes. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and identifying and remediating safety hazards.
