Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 direct behavior support and supervision Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBA Ensure client safety and de-escalate aggressive or unsafe behavior Accurately document session notes and incident reports Collaborate with facility staff and clinical team Requirements:RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis intervention Ability to manage high-intensity behaviors professionally and safely Male candidates are preferred due to the client's specific needs Must be reliable, patient, and physically capable of managing aggressive episodes Livescan, CPR, and TB clearance required (or willingness to obtain quickly) What We Offer:Competitive pay: $30-$35/hour based on experience Flexible scheduling - multiple shifts available Clinical support and ongoing supervision Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a high-need case Apply Today - Immediate Openings!
