Job Description The VP of Operations - Great Civil & Erosion Contractor - Charlotte will be responsible for: Provide executive oversight of all operational functions across multiple crews Lead and mentor field leadership, foremen, and operations managers Drive consistency in production, quality control, safety, and scheduling Partner with ownership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and budgeting Improve operational systems, workflows, and performance metrics Collaborate with estimating and project teams to ensure smooth execution Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company at a leadership level MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
