Benefits: 401(k) Insurance Flexible hours Vacation time Responsibilities • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs Qualifications • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • High school diploma/GED or equivalent • Over 2 years of maintenance experience • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
