Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift Location: Corona, CA Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00pm - 7:30am Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Support worker with experience in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure equipment, machinery, and facilities operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a solid understanding of industrial equipment and safety practices. Key Responsibilities: Assist with routine maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure. Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs under the guidance of senior maintenance staff. Inspect machinery and equipment to detect issues and report findings. Support the setup, adjustment, and teardown of production machines. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety in the maintenance and production areas. Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Keep records of work performed, parts used, and maintenance logs. Assist with inventory management of tools, equipment, and spare parts. Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements. Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training is a plus. 1-3 years of general maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and safety documents. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
